I like it when my child's school fundraising program includes a catalog filled with a large selection of items. If a fundraiser only has a few items for sale I sometimes have a difficult time finding a product I will actually use. I don't like to waste my money on something I won't use. I don't like the fundraisers that offer a cheesecake for the outrageous price of 25.00 for a 6 or 8 inch cake. I think that is too much and the cakes usually are not really worth the cost.
My favorite fundraising items are usually sold around October. That's when the wrapping paper and greeting card assortment packs are for sale. Wrapping paper, or those cute little gift bag packs, are something I can always use. Whether I put holiday gifts in them for my family or wrap gifts for my employees, I need lots of gift wrap in December. And the wrapping paper i get is usually a nice thick quality paper and, of course, there are generally lots of pattern choices. So I am always sure to find a design that I really like.
